Affiliated Business Arrangement Disclosure
This is to give you notice that Elmwood Homes, LLC ("Elmwood Homes") has a business relationship with Twin Tree Mortgage, LLC ("Twin Tree"). MSEM Lending, LLC ("MSEMm) has a 49% ownership in Twin Tree. Elmwood Homes and MSEM have common ownership. Because of these relationships, this referral may provide Elmwood Homes and their common owners with a financial or other benefit.

You are NOT required to use the listed provider as a condition for the purchase or sale of the subject property. THERE ARE FREQUENTLY OTHER SETTLEMENT SERVICE PROVIDERS AVAILABLE WITH SIMILAR SERVICES. YOU ARE FREE TO SHOP AROUND TO DETERMINE THAT YOU ARE RECEIVING THE BEST SERVICES AND THE BEST RATE FOR THESE SERVICES.
